It's Okay to Eat Eggs Everyday
My dad, my mom, even my brothers- they all avoid the egg yolk. Why? Because they have high cholesterol. I, on the other hand, eat them anyway. Occasionally. Bad things can be eaten sometimes, right? I've read that people who eat eggs everyday has no increase in their cholesterol level nor has any increase than those who don't eat them everyday. Amazing huh? Here's what Joanna Dolgoff, an M.D. board certified pediatrician has to say.

I think I'll still eat them, just the way I'm used to- sometimes. =) It's good and healthy to take things in moderation, right? Too much papaya can cause...well, you know.
