Healthy Day: Soursop and Wholemeal Bread with Nuts and Raisins for Lunch
My lunch for today is super healthy. In fact, my meal (so far) for today is super healthy. I ate yogurt from Buah-Buahan Yong for breakfast with Fucoidan 30 minutes before. And that was at noon 12 pm. xD

Mom bought a soursop yesterday. She said it's very expensive now, RM7. Last she remember the price was just RM1+. Maybe now because of the news of soursop can cure cancer, they increase the price crazily. Very clever of gaining super high profit. It's like the price of a dragon fruit kan?

Mom gave me a 1/5 of the fruit this noon.

I was....well, I never ate a soursop, for a start. Should I eat the middle part as well? Do I eat the soft, mushy part only? Can't decide. The smell's super sweet and milky-like, I can't resist. =D I decided to eat all the insides. I guess it's safe, it's the insides, right?

Soursop Taste

The taste was sweet, but more to sour, like the name suggest. The texture of the fruit is super chewy and hard to chew into tiny bits. It was like sugar cane, can't really bite it to pieces.

Then I found a Tupperware mom left for me. It's the wholemeal bread with nuts and raisins. My favourite snack! Why my favourite? Because it's healthy, rich in fibre and satisfying. I can go all day eating this bread only! =D

I think I want to call today as Healthy Day. xD
