2nd Borneo International Trade Fair 2009 Report
Denise and I were in charge for nail art. Basically promoting the academy too since our table was also used for keeping forms and all.
Dats Puan Salina's friend's booth actually we were on. We were just 'penumpang's on her booth. She has her own academy too and she brought her friend who is the one whoe makes the Taharah soap. She's a nice lady, always wear white. =)
Here's our CEO's friend, telling these two gentlemen about her academy and all. The one in white is the Taharah lady.
Entertaining guests...
Kak Flora doing facial for RM30! Kak Jojo was there to assist! It was a guy and I think he just did it for the girls..(note: notice the orange thingy on the wall?)
They were doin nail art on kak Roha when I got back to my desk after lunch.. =P
Kak Flora and Jojo- nearing the end of our stay there.
Here's a very annoying-cute girl named Nurini. She's our principle's daughter. She bought the DIY aeroplane that comes back to the thrower when thrown! It's from Taiwan!
During our wait for..5pm I think, we went to this batik shop and they offered batik-painting service where you can paint a white cloth with drawings drawn using wax (lilin) with RM5 only. You can have it after you're done colouring it. It was a new experience really, Denise wanted me to do it, so...
Last2 si kawan pitched in too! xD
Before.
Colouring process...
Tadaaaa~~
Not bad huh? =3 But too bad...I was supposed to get it but I forgot about it... =( When Denise reached there the next day, tutup suda..itu pun cuz I was late in telling her about it..what to do. If it's not meant to be, it's not meant to be.. =(
Mrs Helen, Denise's future mother-in-law, bought me this! She's so nice, she bought one for Nurini even! Well Nurini wanted other cookie, so...tp ini sedap!
It's from Brunei and when I ate it...my God, it melted in my mouth and I think there's like, pieces of kellogs inside! BAM! That's the nice part and it's made from ghee! No wonder... =P It was sold for RM6. =) Not bad huh, for that much of kuih makmur.
I bought these too! It was sold for RM4 each but you can get 3 for RM10! It was sold at My Career Education & Entrepreneur Fair 2009 last time too!
They are seaweed, like those you see in supermarket or sundry market, transparent packaging, normally RM2-RM2.50 that. There are chicken, anchovies and original.
I can't wait fot the 3rd Borneo International Trade Fair 2009 !
Shine on,
Del
