Green Tea Benefit: Metabolism Booster
Green Tea apparently is not only it's high in antioxidants, it can also boost our metabolism!

Green tea, preferably decaf, is a great staple drink. Be aware that to speed up your metabolism, you'd have to drink at least five cups per day.
