Dinner of The Night: Tuna with Tomato Angel Hair Pasta
December 20, 2010I made my dinner! I used the Angel Hair (capellini) pasta instead of the normal spaghetti because I love the thin-ness and the easy-to-put-in-the-mouth size of the pasta. Maybe it's because I like to order mee hun than mee. xD
I added tuna and a bit of mayonnaise to it. Served with a sprinkle of mixed herbs from McCormick. Delicious! I tasted sooo tuna-ish and it was perfect balance between the sour-ness from the original tomato puree and the thick, juicy meat of the tuna. Yummy♥!!
Maybe next time I'll try prawns.

I baked this! That's right- BAKE! As in used the oven to cook this! How healthy I feel right now, you can't imagine. xD
