Chicken Pox, Herpes & Pityriasis Rosea pictures
I read a newsletter from dermatology.com via it's newsletter. It was about chicken pox, herpes and pityriasis rosea's pictures. I thought I should know, since I'm in the beauty line and serves people. This can be a contra-indication or may restrict treatment.

I have searched on the net about it and found out that chicken pox can spread easily-from an infected person who sneezes, coughs, touch the fluid from a chickenpox blister or shares food or drinks.

"You are at risk for chickenpox if you have never had the illness and have not had the chickenpox vaccine. If someone you live with gets chickenpox, your risk is even higher because of the close contact.

Home treatment includes resting and taking medicines to reduce fever and itching. You also can soak in oatmeal baths to help with itching."
Lucky I had my own vaccine earlier..

Geez, this happens to my mom and teacher. I din't know it was herpes! It was like, reddish meteor-ground like. I din't dare to touch it..It was on their lips, the lower lip to be exact, like the pic above (yea such a coincidence).

Herpes is a sexually transmitted disease (STD) caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV). It is spread by direct contact - Sexual contact (kissing, touching, sex). Eww...

Pityriasis Rosea. I never heard of it..

"Pityriasis rosea is a common skin condition in children and young adults. It usually begins as one large spot on your chest, abdomen or back and then spreads. The rash of pityriasis rosea often sweeps out from the middle of your body, and its shape resembles drooping pine-tree branches."

Whoa..it's not believed to be contagious, (even wikipedia doesn't think it is) so it's safe so far. This may last from several weeks to months! The treatment would be on the itchiness (yikes!) since this problem would go away on it's own.
